    [Human Resources (HR)] Recruitment management: Planning recruitment strategies for local staff (from workers to management level), conducting interviews, and managing the selection process. Labor management: Handling labor-related issues in compliance with Philippine labor laws, and maintaining/updating company rules and regulations. Performance & compensation: Operating performance evaluation systems, overseeing payroll processing, and managing employee benefits. Training & development: Planning and implementing internal training programs and promoting corporate culture. Compliance: Managing renewals of various permits and licenses (e.g., SEC, Business Permit), and supporting visa application and renewal processes. [General Affairs (Admin)] Asset & facility management: Maintenance of office/factory facilities, company vehicle management, and procurement of office supplies and equipment. Head office coordination: Regular reporting to the Japan head office and supporting daily life of Japanese expatriates. External relations: Acting as a liaison with lawyers and local government authorities.

Qualifications

    【Required Qualifications】 ・Japanese language skill ・Experience: At least 3 years of practical experience in Human Resources and General Affairs (Administration) Mindset: Flexible and able to respect cultural differences and adapt to local environments PC Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 【Preferred Qualifications】 Ability to communicate in Tagalog Work experience in either the Philippines or Japan Knowledge of Philippine labor law, taxation, and visa-related procedures
