• Job Description

  Essential Functions: >Coordinate procurement activities including purchase request validation, quotation requests, purchase order monitoring, and supplier coordination. >Monitor delivery schedules, shipment coordination, and supplier follow-up activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. >Monitor inventory movement, stock availability, warehouse activities, and inventory accuracy. >Coordinate logistics activities including shipment scheduling, delivery coordination, and transportation monitoring. >Review purchase orders, delivery receipts, inventory records, and SCM operational documentation. >Coordinate with Finance, Service, Sales, and other departments regarding procurement and operational requirements. >Monitor warehouse documentation, inventory records, and logistics monitoring reports. >Assist in implementation of inventory control procedures and SCM operational improvements. >Prepare SCM operational reports, procurement monitoring reports, inventory analysis reports, and delivery monitoring reports. >Support audit preparation activities related to procurement, warehouse, logistics, and inventory management. >Ensure compliance with company policies, SCM procedures, and ISO documentation requirements. >Ensure confidentiality and proper safekeeping of SCM records and supplier documentation. >Perform other related tasks and responsibilities aligned with the employee’s role and departmental function as may be reasonably assigned by Management.
