Job Description
Responsible for developing and optimizing injection molding processes. Focuses on machine parameter management, tooling maintenance, and efficiency improvements to ensure high-quality manufacturing. Key Responsibilities >Lead and fine-tune injection molding setups. > Adjust machine parameters to maximize efficiency and reduce waste. >Oversee mold structures, tooling, and preventive maintenance. > Resolve technical issues independently or with a team. >Implement process upgrades to reduce costs.

Requirement
> Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or any related field). > More than 2 years of experience in Injection Molding process development. > Strong knowledge of machine parameter settings and process optimization. > Knowledge in mold structure, tooling, and preventive maintenance. > Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
