Job Description
>Direct and conduct both internal and external auditing procedures to ensure compliance. >Oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) and maintain regulatory frameworks. >Engage and align teams with quality visioning and organizational goal alignment exercises. >Utilize 7 QC tools, statistical analysis, and risk management to improve service and production processes. >Deliver well-organized presentations on audit findings and compliance status to large audiences.

Requirement
>Deep understanding of ISO 9001:2015 with at least 3 years of experience. >Experience in Internal and External Auditing. >Experience in Quality Management Systems, Compliance, or Business Management. >Exposure to audit environments and regulatory frameworks. >Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline. >Proficiency in analysis tools (7 QC tools, Statistical Analysis, Risk Management). >Good written and verbal communication skills; able to deliver organized presentations. >Ability to make independent decisions without supervisory assistance. >Nihongo language skills are preferred but not required.
