• Job Description

  > Oversee and Monitor all deliveries > Supervise and manage team of delivery drivers, delivery helpers and domestic operations staff service efficiency > Manage fleet maintenance, including PMS and repairs > Plan and prepare compliance requirements for LTFRB Franchise Renewal and other Truck permits > Ensure compliance with LTO, LTFRB and PAMI requirements > Prepare schedules, perform daily revisions and monitor delivery progress including urgent booking requests > Review billing-related documents by clients > Prepare and file incident reports > Manage inventory of truck parts and accessories including delivery materials > Oversee and assist staff with plotting, liquidation, reporting, overtime checking and fuel consumption encoding > Oversee EasyTrip and Autosweep RFID accounts > Verify service billing invoices from service providers before submission > Conduct Performance Evaluation
