    Job Summary We are seeking a high-caliber Sales Manager & Business Development professional to lead our expansion across the Philippines. This is a "Playing Manager" role with a 50/50 split between managing a high-performing sales team and driving strategic business development (New Acquisition). The successful candidate will oversee operations across Luzon, Cebu, and Mindanao, managing a team of approximately 20 members to achieve aggressive growth targets. Key Responsibilities -Business Development (50%): -Identify and acquire new business opportunities, strategic partners (dealers, financial institutions, and LGUs), and corporate clients. -Develop and execute market entry strategies for untapped regions. -Build and maintain high-level relationships with key stakeholders in the finance and automotive sectors. Sales Management & Operations (50%): -Lead, mentor, and manage a team of approximately 20 staff across various regions (Luzon, Cebu, Mindanao). -Drive sales performance to meet and exceed regional and national targets. -Standardize sales processes and implement best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency. -Conduct field visits to support the team and stay connected with market reality.

Qualifications

    Qualifications -Experience:10+ years of proven experience in Sales Expansion and Business Development. -Deep expertise in the Automotive/Finance / Fintech / Banking or related "Money" industries (e.g., lending, microfinance, leasing). -Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, preferably at a Director or General Manager (GM) level. Management Skills: -Proven track record of managing large teams (approx. 20 subordinates) across multiple geographical locations (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao). -Strong ability to act as a Playing Manager, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on field execution. Competencies: -Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. -Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on New Acquisition. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. -Ability to perform under high pressure in a fast-paced startup environment. Other Requirements: -Valid Driver’s License. -Willingness to travel extensively across the Philippines for regional coordination.
