• Job Description

  Job Summary: You will oversee the stable operation of our core business systems, centered on SAP S/4HANA (mainly the MM module). Acting as a bridge between business users and technical teams, you will lead troubleshooting efforts and ensure seamless data integration between SAP, Logistics/WMS, and POS systems. This is a "playing leader" role, combining hands-on technical support with team coordination. Key Responsibilities: -User Support & Requirement Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for business units (Retail, Inventory, and Logistics) to gather requirements and translate business needs into functional specifications for SAP S/4HANA. -Incident Management & Troubleshooting: Lead the resolution of system glitches, data inconsistencies, and posting errors. -Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with external vendors for bug fixes and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). -Interface (IF) & Integration Management: Monitor and optimize data flows between SAP S/4HANA and POS systems (Sales/Inventory data), as well as Logistics/WMS systems, to ensure accurate inbound/outbound processing. -Team Coordination & Project Management: Manage task distribution, progress tracking, and performance reviews for 24 team members. Develop internal manuals/FAQs and mentor the team. Lead system enhancements, rollouts, and upgrades.
