Job Description
【Summary】 As the person in charge of the administrative department, you will lead a wide range of tasks across Finance, General Affairs, and HR while managing two staff members. 1. Finance Management: -Overseeing budget management, accounting processing, cash flow management, and bank reconciliation. -Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reporting to the Head Office. -Handling year-end closing and accounting audits (Note: Overtime work will occur during the busy season). -Handling taxation (BIR), audit requirements, and ensuring compliance. 2. General Affairs & HR (Admin & HR): -Overseeing office operations and managing supplies/facilities. -HR support including payroll calculation, benefits administration, and visa processing. -Providing work guidance and supervision to two subordinates (staff members).

【Must-Haves】 -Practical experience in Accounting/Finance (Approx. 5 years or more). -Experience in management or leadership of a small team (2 or more people). -Business-level English proficiency (Internal official language). -Experience using Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel) and accounting software. 【Preferred Qualifications & Ideal Candidate Profile】 -Trading Company Experience: Experience in accounting within a trading company is highly preferred (Best). Personality: Someone with a warm and approachable demeanor who possesses inner strength and a strong sense of responsibility regarding work execution. We are looking for a leader who can guide the team while collaborating harmoniously with others, rather than someone with an "overpowering" management style.
