Job Description

You will be responsible for new business development for electric minibuses. We are looking for a player-manager who can not only close deals that are already in the pipeline but also proactively generate new leads and achieve sales targets. - New client acquisition - Securing sales appointments - Conducting product demonstrations and presentations - Building client relationships and closing deals - Developing and executing sales plans

Requirement

[MUST] -Sales Experience: A proven track record in new business development and B2B sales in Automotive Manufacturers. - Player-Manager Experience: Demonstrated ability to balance team management with hands-on sales activities. - Business Literacy in Japan Company: Professional experience working within Japanese companies, with a deep understanding of Japanese corporate culture and business etiquette. - Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license required for business travel (using either company or personal vehicle). - Vitality & Mobility: Physical stamina and flexibility to handle extensive travel, including trips to regional areas. <BETTER> - Sales experience with public transportation, educational institutions, or industrial estates. - Japanese language proficiency: Not required, but the ability to communicate in Japanese is a plus.
