【MUST】 Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Supervisor experience Manufacturing company experience Peza company experience Internal estimator experience Facility Maintenance experience ・Minimum 3 years of experience in a purchasing/procurement supervisory role (preferably in the manufacturing industry), a Civil Engineering degree, and prior experience as an internal estimator. ・Strong negotiation and contract management skills with the ability to drive cost savings. ・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders. ・Proficient in data analysis and reporting using tools like Excel and ERP systems. ・Knowledge of purchasing best practices, inventory management, and supply chain logistics ・Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as supply chain, logistics, or business
