Job Description

Job Description: Plan and execute technical activities in accordance with project and customer requirements at design and implementation phase. > Serve as Technical Expert and Engineering Manager for ODA projects > Interface and communicate with KDDI Philippines’ ODA members, vendors and customers as necessary. > Develop, edit and contribute to supporting documents relating to ODA activities. > Attend project meetings and assume responsibility for assigned action items. > Develop and execute completion plans to support modification projects. > Conduct and coordinate design and program review meetings. > Responsible for managing technical/ engineering aspects of the project. > Monitor the design work and provide input to the construction manager before the on-site activities. > During the installation, make necessary revisions on design based on the site. > Report to PM for design status and progress as well as technical issues arising during project.

Requirement

> Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or related discipline. > Minimum 8-10 years of experience in E&M works, preferably in railway or infrastructure projects. > Prior experience in a supervisory or assistant project management role is highly desirable. > Strong understanding of railway E&M or ELV systems and construction methodologies. > Advanced ability to evaluate project progress and facilitate interventions. > Ability to keep stakeholders informed of interface requirements and changes. > Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills. > Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. > Experienced in Railway & Telco for more than 10 years is a must
