• Job Description

  • Implement the section’s annual action plans and targets. • Review check sheets monthly, including daily inspection/repair history. • Monitor activities and special projects to meet monthly downtime targets. • Implement and track the annual preventive maintenance (PM) schedule. • Review drawings and layouts for layout bars and required supplies. • Assign manpower for set-up activities and monitor progress. • Evaluate and approve sewn, fabricated, and welded materials for line set-up. • Identify, analyze, and implement countermeasures for difficult/problematic jigs. • Manage Kaizen implementation progress. • Monitor required information to ensure SKT compliance. • Review and evaluate Design Change Notices (DCN). • Conduct training and skill development for all PE staff and associates.
