Job Description

・Quotation & Proposal: Prepare quotations and cost comparisons, develop technical proposals, and recommend the most suitable cutting tools for specific applications. ・Technical Support: Provide in-depth product knowledge and technical assistance, including the optimization of cutting parameters and troubleshooting machining issues. ・Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors through regular site visits to identify and address their evolving needs. ・Coordination & Liaison: Coordinate with SHAP (Singapore headquarters) and factory teams regarding technical specifications, special-purpose tools, pricing, and delivery schedules. ・Logistics Management: Monitor orders and delivery status, ensuring the proactive resolution of any supply chain or logistics challenges. ・Meetings & Presentations: Lead customer meetings, conduct professional presentations, and facilitate high-level technical discussions. ・Marketing Support: Actively support marketing initiatives, including trade exhibitions, technical seminars, and live product demonstrations. ・Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and new business opportunities.

Requirement

・Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering. ・Technical Experience (Mandatory): Hands-on experience or solid background in CNC machining and the practical application of cutting tools. ・Sales & Communication: Proven experience in sales and marketing with excellent negotiation skills and a strong command of the English language. ・IT Proficiency: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced skills in Excel for reporting and data management. ・Mobility & Physical Fitness: Physically fit and willing to perform fieldwork, including frequent travel for customer site visits and industrial plant tours.
