Job Description
As the Head of Laboratory (HOL), you will oversee the clinical laboratory department, ensuring strict quality control and supervising the medical testing protocols for our rapid AI health screening center. ・Work Arrangement (Supervisory Requirement): -The HOL is required to conduct a monthly visit, along with at least two supervisory calls and/or videoconferencing sessions per week, OR a minimum of one physical visit per week. ・Responsibilities: -Supervise clinical testing frameworks, maintain accuracy protocols, and oversee quality assurance. -Manage and approve rapid testing workflows utilizing state-of-the-art laboratory equipment.

Requirement
-Must be a licensed Clinical Pathologist. -Updated Resume. -PRC Certificate and valid PRC ID. -Philippine Society of Pathologists (PSP) Board Certificate. -Certificate of Good Standing from PSP. -Relevant Training Certificates (e.g., Molecular Pathology). -Annual Medical Certificate. -Proof of Immunization (Hepatitis B and Influenza). -Notarized Employment Contract (upon hiring).
