Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE We are a consumer lending company. Our model works through Partner Stores (motorcycle dealers, retail chains, etc.) who display our QR-coded materials — customers scan, apply, and get loans. This GM will be the primary hunter responsible for closing chain-wide agreements with large enterprise partners like Motortrade, Motech, and Lica Group. This is an individual contributor role first — we need someone who can hunt and close independently before eventually building a team.

Requirement
MUST-HAVES (non-negotiable): • Proven track record in enterprise B2B new business development — from outreach all the way to contract close at least 5 years • Direct negotiation experience with C-level / HQ decision makers (please ask for concrete deal examples) • High autonomy — can set strategy, execute, and close without hand-holding • Strong Philippine business network and practices NICE TO HAVE: • Network in motorcycle / automotive/retail chain industries • Background in lending, insurance, or fintech • Experience at large retail network companies (e.g., Cebuana, Palawan) • People management/team build-up experience
