Job Description
>Administer various employee benefit programs. >Prepare and communicate information to employees about benefit programs, procedures, changes, and government-mandated disclosures. >Timekeeping, submission of checking and uploads (earnings, adjustments, deductions), processing of payroll with Finance department. >Preparation of vouchers for payroll, payment of loans and benefits, and the like. >Ensure compliance with all labor and benefit laws and stays current on regulatory changes. >Resolve conflicts with benefit providers for the purpose of validating enrollment eligibility and processing claims. >Ensure that each regular employee and dependents (when applicable) are provided with their corresponding benefit. >Establish and maintain relationships with provider companies in order to stay up to date on policies and offer employees the best possible options. >Answer employee queries on compensation and benefit matters.

Requirement
>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field >1-2 years of experience in handling statutory benefits and government mandated contributions >High attention to details and accuracy in computations >Familiarity with government and online portals >Strong documentation and record-keeping skills >Good communication and coordination skills >Ability to handle confidential information
