Job Description

Helps Operation Support Team in maintaining production process. Lead and perform maintenance for electromechanical equipment. Ensures machines/equipment registration and calibration. Coordinate to other team when they have mechanical concerns. Supports ISO and PEZA Audit. Ensures stability of relative humidity (RH) to avoid any production downtime. -Updates maintenance checklist and prepares necessary report as requested. -Assist immediate superior in documenting procedures, standards and work instructions. -updating PEZA renewal of Building Permit, & Occupancy Permit -Train and guide technician regarding daily activities such as check sheets, troubleshooting implementation & others -Review and revision of procedures to align with actual implementation relating PM of OST/Facilities machine/equipment -Licensed Mechanical Engineer who is in-charge for construction & PM implementation for building mechanical system as required by PEZA -Coordinate implementation of predictive, corrective, and preventive maintenance for OST/facilities machine/equipment.

Requirement

<MUST> •Candidate must possess Bachelor's/College Degree in Mechanical Engineering •With Professional Mechanical Engineer license •At least 5~10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position •Knowledgeable in mechanical design and specifications of mechanical equipment and processes •Must be able to manage and supervise the operation and maintenance of any mechanical equipment and machinery •Must be able to maintain a working knowledge of general industry compliances and requirements •Must be willing to work full-time •Must be willing to work onsite in Rosario Cavite <BETTER> - Has working experience in Japanese manufacturing company - Has experience in printing company
