We are looking for a Japanese Interpreter with strong confidentiality, independence, and confidence to support executive-level operations. The role balances 60% interpretation and translation and 40% administrative tasks plus Japanese language teaching (after work OT will be provided). •60% Interpretation & Translation: 　o Interpret conversations between Japanese nationals and local employees during meetings, conferences, and day-to-day discussions. 　o Translate emails, documents, and prepare minutes and reports as required by management. •40% Administrative & Japanese Language Teaching: 　o Coordinate car arrangements, hotel reservations, and flight bookings. 　o Assist in administrative functions and office support tasks. 　o Provide Japanese language teaching/training to local staff (after work, OT will be provided). • Apply HORENSO for efficient communication flow. • Perform other duties reasonably assigned by management.
