  Responsible for ensuring full regulatory compliance with DENR, EMB, LGUs, and other government agencies by securing, monitoring, and maintaining all required environmental permits, certificates, and reports. Oversees environmental monitoring activities related to air, water, waste, and chemical management, ensuring adherence to national environmental laws and standards. Implements effective waste management, pollution control, and sustainability programs, including employee training and workplace inspections to promote safe and environmentally responsible operations. Conducts regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments, coordinates with regulatory bodies and third-party auditors, and promptly addresses compliance issues to support continuous environmental and safety performance improvement.
