• Job Description

  ・Monthly bookkeeping tasks (journal entry, ledger management) ・Preparation and reporting of monthly financial statements ・In-house handling of monthly tax filings (VAT, income tax, etc.) ・Preparation and submission of financial reporting materials to the head office (to prevent delays) ・Payroll preparation and support for government contributions payment ・Compliance with accounting treatments based on local laws and tax regulations ・Bank transaction management (checking deposits/withdrawals, reconciling balances) ・Expense reimbursement and payment management ・Analysis and reporting of financial data (cash flow, budget management) ・Handling external audits (as needed) ・Operation and improvement proposals for accounting systems ・Accounts receivable and accounts payable management ・Basic MS Office skills (especially Excel)
