Job Description
・Localization Design: Designing and selecting components for local adaptation of distribution panels and outlets (voltage, plug shape, protective device selection, etc.) based on Japanese wiring acceptance criteria, and creating construction plans. ・Drawings/Technical Documents: Creating and managing revisions of circuit diagrams, layouts, part drawings, and assembly drawings using AutoCAD/SolidWorks, in addition to specifications and inspection manuals. ・Inspection/Testing: Visual inspection, insulation testing, continuity testing, and operational verification upon acceptance; witnessing post-construction testing; corrective actions and retesting. ・Construction/Quality: Technical instructions to local contractors; quality, safety, and schedule management; corrective directives; final acceptance inspection. ・Standards/Regulations: Confirmation of compliance based on the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) and related regulations; preparation of technical documentation required for permit acquisition processes (e.g., Electrical Permit). ・Stakeholder Coordination: Technical coordination and document handling with government agencies/prime contractors/subcontractors; accompanying sales staff, conducting site surveys, and various construction-related investigations. ・Logistics Coordination: Asset management, maintenance, shipping/transportation arrangements at logistics centers; oversight of on-site erection and maintenance management. Planning and operational support for logistics center construction and maintenance. ・Internal Collaboration: Technical communication (primarily in English) with Japan headquarters and affiliates, reporting, and improvement proposals. ・Training/Deployment: Development of standard procedures and checklists, internalization of improvement cycles. ・Workplace communication in English ・Basic AutoCAD operation, SolidWorks 3D fundamentals (modeling/drawing), basic MS Office operation ・Sales Support: Technical accompaniment, specification explanations, technical item support for quotations, basic Q&A handling

Requirement
【Must】 ・Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering ・Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or a related major). ・Strong expertise in Electrical Engineering. ・Experience level: Entry-level to Junior (Open to fresh graduates, second new graduates, or those with early-career experience). 【Preferred】 ・Foundational knowledge of Mechanical and Facility systems (including HVAC and Piping) gained through electrical engineering studies or related academic background. ・Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) or Registered Master Electrician (RME) ・Registered Mechanical Engineer (RME/ME) ・Driver's License: Preferred. May be obtained after hiring. (For logistics center transfers and site transfers) ・1-3 years of field experience in electrical construction management / building services (M&E) / manufacturing equipment ・Permit/license administration: Practical experience handling Electrical Permit applications through inspections ・Work experience at Japanese or foreign companies
