Employees benefit from structured systems, global reporting exposure, and strong corporate governance standards. 【Key Responsibilities】 ☆ Treasury & Cash Management • Prepare Monthly Currency Analysis Reports • Process currency conversions for funding requirements • Manage bank account administrative functions • Serve as Petty Cash Custodian (USD) ☆ Accounts Payable Management • Review AP vouchers (RR / External) • Ensure completeness and accuracy of AP interface to SAP ☆ General Accounting & Budgeting • Facilitate actual cash flow monitoring per company code • Prepare assigned P&L and Balance Sheet schedules • Support monthly Financial Statement reporting package ☆ Compliance & Documentation • Update accounting procedure manuals • Facilitate internal control documentation • Support ISO/EMS/OHSAS documentation compliance ☆ Other Duties • Participate in 5S and departmental activities • Proper filing and documentation management ★Why Apply?★ ・Opportunity to work in a globally recognized Japanese high-tech manufacturing environment ・Exposure to international accounting standards and structured corporate systems ・Competitive salary package aligned with experience ・Career growth within a stable multinational organization
