  The Technical Sales Specialist promotes and sells technologically advanced products or services by combining deep product knowledge with persuasive sales techniques. They identify customer needs, deliver tailored solutions, and maintain strong client relationships to drive revenue and market share. > Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identifies potential clients through research, networking, and outreach. > Product Expertise: Understands and explains the technical features, benefits, and applications of products to customers. > Sales Presentations & Demos: Conducts product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase value. > Customer Relationship Management: Builds and maintains long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders. > Proposal Development: Prepares customized proposals, quotations, and tender documents. > Negotiation & Closing: Leads contract negotiations and closes deals that meet both client and company objectives. > Feedback Loop: Relays customer feedback to product and engineering teams for continuous improvement. > Reporting: Maintains accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline status. > Compliance & Governance: Adheres to planned activities as well as government and other regulatory requirements. > Miscellaneous: Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the organization’s mission, vision, objectives, strategies, and core values.
