Qualifications: ・Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. ・Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors. ・Proven leadership and team management skills. ・Japanese level is above N3 ・Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. ・Target-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
