Qualifications: ・Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field. ・Minimum 5 years of experience in production management in a molding factory. ・Strong leadership and team management skills. ・Japanese level is above N3 ・Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills. ・Knowledge of production processes, equipment, and lean manufacturing principles.
