Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must> - Minimum 5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding Customer Service (CS). - Proficient in PEZA-related documentation (LOA, Form 8105/8106, etc.) and a solid understanding of the application process/workflow. - Business level English proficiency for effective communication with clients and coordination with Japanese managers. - Strong data management skills using MS Office, with advanced proficiency in Excel. <Better> - Experience in Japanese freight forwarders is highly preferred. <Soft Skills> - Strong supervisory and leadership skills - Experience managing a handful of key accounts - Solid background in Customer Service and Logistics - Excellent analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics, identify process improvements, and support data-driven decision-making - Strong monitoring skills to track service levels, ensure compliance with KPIs, and maintain consistent operational performance
