Job Description
> Implement HR Business processes in assigned accounts, ensuring compliance with labor laws, customer requirements, and available resources > Coordinate with Supervisors and relevant teams to address employee concerns and suggestions for proper resolution > Ensure Supervisors, Managers, and employees are fully informed and understand HRBP-related polices, guidelines, principles and practices > Process, respond to, and close grievances from handled accounts to prevent labor and legal issues

> Must be a graduate of any 4-year course > With 1 - 2 years related experience in HR particularly Labor & Compliance/Employee/Industrial Relations > With strong business acumen - ability to understand organizational goals > Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
