Job Description
Model Coordination: > Develop, manage, and update ELV subsystem models using BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks). > Coordinate ELV models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to resolve clashes and ensure spatial compliance. > Conduct clash detection and resolution meetings with relevant stakeholders. Documentation & Standards: > Ensure ELV designs adhere to project BIM Execution Plan (BEP), client standards, and local regulations. > Generate shop drawings, as-built models, and other deliverables from BIM models. > Maintain version control and documentation of ELV BIM files.Collaboration & Communication: > Liaise with ELV engineers, system integrators, and other trades to gather design inputs and resolve modeling issues. > Support project teams with BIM-related queries and training. > Participate in coordination meetings and provide BIM updates and reports. Quality Assurance: > Perform regular audits of ELV models to ensure accuracy and compliance. > Validate model content against design intent and specifications. Technology & Innovation: > Explore and implement BIM tools and workflows to improve ELV design and coordination efficiency. > Support integration of ELV models into 4D/5D BIM for construction sequencing and cost estimation.

Requirement
> Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, IT, or related field. > Minimum 3–5 years of experience in BIM coordination, preferably with ELV systems background or MEPFS > Proficiency in BIM software: Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360. > Familiarity with ELV systems and standards (e.g., TIA/EIA, NFPA, BICSI). > Strong understanding of construction processes and multidisciplinary coordination. > Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
