Job Description

A. Collect and record data to determine costs of each product such as raw / packaging material purchases, inventory and labor. B. Monitor monthly Production and Warehouse Stock Movement. C. Assist in the preparation of Sales to Cost Report together with the exchange and reject rate analysis. D. Assist in analyzing changes in raw materials usage, manufacturing methods or labor cost provided to determine effects on cost. E. Assist in analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs. F. Assist in making estimates of new and proposed product costs. G. Assist in providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products. H. Assist in month end close of the General Ledger. I. Conducts physical inventories and monitors cycle count program. J. Reconciles / monitors finished goods inventories. K. Other tasks as assigned.

Requirement

＜MUST＞ -College graduate preferably with a degree in Accountancy. -Must have a strong Cost Systems background and have excellent analytical skills; sound understanding of accounting principles. -Experience working with engineering and manufacturing personnel on development and analysis of cost standards. -Ability to accurately prepare daily, monthly, quarterly and annual reports. -Computer literate – strong Excel skills and the ability to use Outlook and Word. -Experience with SAP is a plus. -Computer literate – strong Excel skills and the ability to use Outlook and Word. -Team player and willing to work on extended hours if necessary." ＜BETTER＞ -Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage. -Preferably with minimum two (2) years of experience of cost accounting in a manufacturing company.
