Job Description

・Communications & Branding (Primary) -Serve as the primary point person for digital and creative agencies to drive brand growth through robust communication strategies. -Coordinate with issuing banks to optimize promotion schedules. -Collaborate with third-party agencies to develop marketing materials aligned with JCB’s branding guidelines and voice. -Graphic Design: Create and design visual assets, including graphics for digital campaigns, social media, print materials, and event collateral. -Produce original illustrations and vector graphics for diverse applications. -Manage the JCB Brand Website and Special Offers Website during new promotion launches in coordination with Tokyo -Headquarters (THQ). -Maintain visual standards and brand consistency across all platforms. ・Partnerships & Research (Secondary) -Develop and execute marketing campaigns, project plans, and milestones for long-term growth. -Manage campaigns from development to post-mortem, ensuring they stay within budget and timeframe. -Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and understand customer needs. -Perform financial analyses to evaluate the feasibility and profitability of proposed promotions and partner merchant opportunities.

Requirement

【MUST】 -Experience: Preferably at least 3 years of marketing experience, ideally within the Philippine banking or credit card industry. -Technical Skills: Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Experience with InDesign or After Effects is a plus. -Design Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing creative work across digital and print media is required. -Education: Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree. -Soft Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, presentation skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. -Attributes: Detail-oriented, self-learner, creative problem solver, and a positive, assertive attitude.
