Job Description
Responsible for managing assigned business and commodity-related activities while developing and executing effective marketing strategies. The role focuses on driving brand awareness and revenue growth through digital and offline marketing initiatives, coordinating with internal teams, conducting market research, and ensuring cost-effective use of the marketing budget. Reports regularly to the department head and performs other duties as assigned by management.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, with at least 2–3 years of hands-on marketing experience in a corporate environment. Requires strong proficiency in digital marketing tools, data analytics, content creation, and basic graphic design. The role demands excellent communication, creativity, project management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Familiarity with Philippine market trends, experience in B2B/B2C marketing, and fluency in both English and Filipino are essential.
