• Job Description

  You will be responsible for overall site management, ranging from quality control of interior fit-outs to the maintenance of vacant units and move-out inspections for leasing management. - Quality Control (QC): Monitor and inspect the construction quality of condominium interior fit-outs within Manila. - Leasing & Vacancy Management: Oversee the upkeep of vacant units; conduct move-out inspections and create/supervise schedules for unit reinstatement. - Site Supervision & Procurement: Provide direct on-site supervision of interior works and handle the procurement of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E). - Final Inspection (Punch Listing): Perform final inspections upon project completion to ensure all quality standards are met. - Departmental Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Design Department to ensure construction is executed according to the design concept.
