The Safety Officer 4 is a senior-level role responsible for leading health, safety, and environmental (HSE) initiatives within a manufacturing environment. You will ensure 100% compliance with local regulations and OSHA standards while fostering a proactive safety culture. Core Responsibilities: >Safety Management: Develop and monitor workplace safety programs and policies. >Risk Control: Conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations. >Compliance: Ensure all operations meet local and international safety/environmental laws. >Training: Lead safety orientations and workshops for cross-functional teams. >Strategic Oversight: Manage multiple safety initiatives simultaneously to minimize workplace hazards.

Requirement

>Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Occupational Health, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field >Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in occupational health and safety, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment >In-depth knowledge of local safety regulations, OSHA standards, and environmental compliance requirements >Experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring workplace safety programs >Proven ability to conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations >Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills >Excellent communication and training skills to conduct safety orientations and workshops >Ability to enforce safety policies and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams >Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple safety initiatives simultaneously
