■ Job Description Manage overall operations in the wire harness manufacturing line as a "Playing Manager" (hands-on leadership). •Production Planning: Create and execute production schedules (PDCA cycle). •Manpower Management: Supervise, train, and allocate operators. •KPI Management: Strictly manage Quality (Q), Cost (C), and Delivery (D). •Problem Solving: Troubleshoot issues directly on the production floor.
