This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic factory environment while supporting cross-cultural operations. We are seeking an experienced Production or QA professional to support factory operations and act as a liaison between local staff and incoming Japanese expatriates. This is a 1-year project-based consultancy role, ideal for candidates who enjoy challenging assignments and cross-cultural collaboration. 【Key Responsibilities】 • Support Production or QA operations within the factory. • Act as an interpreter and liaison between local employees and Japanese expatriates. • Facilitate clear communication and ensure smooth operational processes. • Contribute to process improvements and project deliverables as assigned.

Requirement

【MUST】 • Experience in Production or Quality Assurance. • Fluent in English and Japanese, capable of interpretation. • Able to commit to a 6–12 month project-based consultancy. 【BETTER】 • Previous experience working in an international manufacturing environment. • Understanding of production standards in beverage or food manufacturing. • Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
