    The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing key HR functions for the Truck Garage team, including drivers, checkers, and other support roles. This role oversees recruitment, training, performance management, and compliance, while ensuring strategic workforce planning and fostering a positive and productive work environment tailored to operational needs. Key Responsibilities: > Oversee and maintain HR-related documentation, employee contracts, and company policies. > Provide administrative support for HR programs such as employee events, recognition activities, and internal communications. > Manage full-cycle staffing processes including recruitment, interviews, hiring, and onboarding. > Serve as the main point of contact between employees and management to address concerns, resolve conflicts, and uphold a healthy workplace culture. > Provide guidance on employee behavior, company policy adherence, and compliance with employment laws. > Define and monitor performance expectations for all garage-based employees to align with organizational goals. > Handle sensitive employee data in compliance with applicable data privacy regulations. > Supervise and coordinate employee shift schedules to ensure operational efficiency. > Monitor attendance, address absenteeism, and manage leave applications effectively. > Ensure appropriate staffing levels and smooth onboarding of new hires. > Administer safety programs, and manage hazard communication, accident prevention, and response initiatives. > Investigate workplace accidents and injuries through interviews, site inspections, and equipment assessments. > Promote adherence to company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures. > Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    > Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. > Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources. > Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance requirements. > Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. > Proven expertise in recruitment, workforce planning, employee engagement, and retention strategies. > Strong verbal and written communication skills. > Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. > Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities. > High attention to detail and commitment to quality. > Strong collaboration and team-oriented mindset.
