Job Description
Responsible for end-to-end payroll and timekeeping, including payslip distribution, final pay, 13th month pay, and tax refunds. Ensures compliance with government-mandated requirements and labor regulations. Manages security, drivers, and utility personnel, including scheduling and supervision. Handles employee hiring, orientation, and training programs. Coordinates expatriate accommodations, travel arrangements, and visa/AEP processing. Organizes company activities and prepares manpower reports while supporting labor relations and disciplinary actions. Performs other related HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field, with 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, including supervisory exposure. Possesses strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and core HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, disciplinary action, payroll, and benefits administration. Demonstrates proven leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with high integrity and professionalism. Highly organized, proficient in Microsoft Office, and experienced in policy development, compliance management, and HR/ISO audits.
