Requirement
> Education: A degree in Architecture is required. > Software Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, and Basic Microsoft Office suite. >. Communication Skills: Possesses strong public speaking skills and can effectively communicate ideas and concepts. >. Interpersonal Skills: Confident, collaborative, and easy to work/get along with. >. Willingness to Learn: Open to learning and being trained in new skills and technologies. >. Flexibility: Willing to travel for business purposes, if required. >. Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a real estate developer or Architectural Firm. Other: --- at least 2 years (min.) as Senior Design Associate (SDA) --- at least with overall 12 years experience in housing/residential projects --- with MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical. Plumbing, Fire Pro) experience --- licensed Architect
