    Job Overview ・We are looking for a leader to propose Japanese-quality orthodontic mouthpieces (aligners) and dental lab products to dental clinics across the Philippines. You will also manage a sales and support team of approximately 10 members. ・This is not a simple route-sales position. We expect a "Playing Manager" who can actively propose solutions to large corporate accounts and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) while simultaneously managing the team’s numerical targets and performance. Specific Duties & Responsibilities 1. Sales Activities (50% New Business / 50% Existing Account Management) ・Corporate & New Business Development (50%): ・Negotiate comprehensive contracts and proposals with headquarters of large Dental Chains. ・Build relationships with influential industry figures (prominent doctors, Dental Association officials). ・Promote partnerships with distributors and partner companies. ・Existing Client Retention & Expansion (50%): ・Follow up with contracted clinics, provide consulting to promote product usage (upselling), and propose new products. ・Troubleshooting (Critical): Act as the responsible party for handling claims (delivery, quality, staff correspondence). This involves rushing to clinics to apologize to doctors, proposing solutions, and restoring trust. 2. Team Management ・Manage and train a team of 10 (5 Sales Staff + 5 Clinic Support Staff). ・Conduct OJT (On-the-Job Training) and ride-alongs with underperforming staff to provide improvement guidance. ・Labor management (resolving conflicts between staff and managing motivation). ・Note: As the organization has a high ratio of female staff, experience in managing female teams is highly valued. 3. Seminars & Presentation Operations ・Plan and operate monthly seminars for doctors (approx. 50–60 attendees). ・Conduct product presentations in English (presenting to large groups of doctors to secure contracts).

    Requirements Essential (Must): ・Experience: Sales experience in the Dental Industry (Approx. 5+ years). ・Must understand the business habits and thought processes of dentists and be able to negotiate on equal terms. ・Candidates with extensive direct sales experience to doctors in medical device manufacturers may be considered. ・Mobility: Must possess a personal vehicle used for sales activities (Gasoline, parking, and toll fees will be fully reimbursed). Ideal Candidate Profile: ・Flexibility: Ability to handle unexpected trouble with composure and respond quickly on-site (good footwork). ・Presentation Skills: Ability to speak confidently in front of an audience.
