  Job description Regulatory and Compliance (50%) > Responsible for general compliance with government laws and regulations such as but not limited to renewal of Business Permit, Permit to Locate, etc. Ensure the company adheres to external laws and internal policies by staying updated on regulations, developing policies and reporting on compliance status. > Identify and eliminate risks of non-compliance both externally and internally. > Performs timely submission of reports, permits or licenses as required while maintaining proper documentation with governing bodies. > Create, update and implement internal compliance policies and procedures to ensure company-wide adherence. > Perform regular audits and risk assessment to identify potential compliance gaps and implement corrective actions. > Act as point of contact with external regulatory agencies addressing inquiries and facilitating inspections. > Performs proper filing, registration and renewal of company licenses, permits and product certificates > Ensures the company business practices comply with all legal requirements and ethical standards. > Participates during external and internal audit in charge for compliance obligations. > Liaison to the following agencies: LGU, BIR, NPC,PDEA, DDB and CIP locator admin. > Must have valid driver's license. > Requires at least 5 years relevant experience. ISO Lead Auditor (50%) > Generally responsible on external and internal audits, root cause analysis, corrective action implementation, risk management and ensure overall compliance of the company to international standards. > Plan and execute internal or external audits to evaluate processes against the requirements of ISO standards. > Verify that the organization's integrated management system processes, documentation, and procedures align with the relevant ISO standard and regulatory requirement. > Provide insights and suggest corrective actions to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and drive continual improvement. > Conduct follow-up audits to ensure that corrective actions have been implemented effectively. > Requires at least 5 years experience. > ISO certification is required for this position. > Manufacturing industry experience is essential for this position. > Management system audits experience is required.
