We pride ourselves on innovation, sustainability, and building spaces that make a difference in people’s lives. seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Accountant to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency in our projects. You will play a key role in tracking budgets, analyzing financial performance, and supporting successful project delivery. 【Responsibilities】 • Prepare, monitor, and maintain project budgets and financial models. • Analyze project financial performance and identify trends for management decision-making. • Monitor expenses and ensure projects stay within budget. • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for stakeholders. • Manage project cash flows, forecasts, and invoice processing. • Assist in BIR document preparation and tax compliance. • Maintain organized records for audits and reporting. • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and auditors on financial matters. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.

Requirement

【MUST】 • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred. • 2–3 years of experience as a Project Accountant, preferably in real estate or construction. • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. • Proficient in accounting software (SAP preferred) and MS Excel. • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment. 【BETTER】 • Familiarity with real estate regulations and compliance. • Experience working with project audits. • Knowledge of computerized accounting systems and reporting tools. • Previous experience collaborating directly with project managers and contractors.
