<MUST> - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field - At least 3 years experience as Executive Assistant/Secretary - Proficient in Clerical Skills, including document management and scheduling - Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal - Experience in Company Secretarial Work and Executive Administrative Assistance - Strong Customer Service skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
