We are looking for a Logistics & Finished Goods (FG) Warehouse Jr. Supervisor to support the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution center. You will assist the Logistics & FG Warehouse Supervisor in ensuring accurate inventory management, timely logistics, and efficient warehouse processes. 【RESPONSIBILITIES】・Oversee day-to-day operations of the warehouse and distribution center. ・Ensure all manual and system-generated transactions are accurate and documented properly. ・Assist in implementing process improvements for operational efficiency. ・Monitor inventory to ensure completeness and accuracy (physical vs. system counts). ・Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness in the warehouse. ・Train, supervise, and monitor warehouse personnel. ・Ensure proper maintenance of reusable crates and equipment.

Requirement

【MUST】・High school graduate or college level. ・At least 3 years’ experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations. ・Strong organizational and analytical skills. ・Proficient in MS Office programs. ・Ability to identify and solve operational issues. ・Demonstrates fairness, consistency, and leadership in managing teams. 【BETTER】・Experience in the food industry or supply chain management. ・Knowledge of SAP or other warehouse management systems.
