Job Description
As the head of the Philippine subsidiary, you will oversee all aspects of business operations, including factory management, and report to the Hong Kong headquarters. Company and Factory Management - Develop business plans and manage budgets and profit and loss (P&L) to maximize business profitability. - Supervise all departments, including production, quality, technology, and general affairs, to ensure smooth factory operations. - Lead continuous business improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality. Organizational Management - Lead local employees and promote organizational development and talent training.

Requirement
<MUST> - Accounting knowledge required for factory and company management (ability to read and understand the three main financial statements: Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement). - Knowledge of HR, Compliance, and overall Corporate Governance. - The strategic leadership experience and qualities required for the role of President. - At least three years of management experience at a manufacturing factory with 100 or more employees. - Business level English proficiency or higher. <BETTER> - Japanese language proficiency. - Management experience in a home appliance factory.
