You will be responsible for new business development for our "Smart Bus" electric minibuses. We are looking for a player-manager who can not only close deals that are already in the pipeline but also proactively generate new leads and achieve sales targets. - New client acquisition - Securing sales appointments - Conducting product demonstrations and presentations - Building client relationships and closing deals - Developing and executing sales plans

<MUST> - Sales experience: Proven track record in new business development (any industry). - Player-manager experience: The ability to both manage a team and perform hands-on sales tasks. - Client management skills: Experience in B2B sales. - Driver's license: Required for business travel in a personal or company vehicle. - Physical stamina: Necessary for travel to regional areas. <BETTER> - Sales experience with public transportation, educational institutions, or industrial estates. - Japanese language proficiency: Not required, but the ability to communicate in Japanese is a plus.
