Our mission is to provide high-quality services while fostering a collaborative and inclusive work culture driven by integrity, innovation, and excellence. <Job Summary> We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager fluent in Japanese and English to lead and manage the human resources function. This role plays a critical part in shaping employee experience, promoting organizational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with local and international HR standards. 【Responsibilities】 ・Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals. ・Manage end-to-end recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes. ・Oversee employee relations, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive workplace culture. ・Administer compensation and benefits programs in line with industry standards. ・Handle government compliance including: -Business Permits -PEZA Office Permits -PEZA Farm-In & Farm-Out -General Information Sheet (GIS) ・Manage end-to-end visa processes (tourist visas, 9G working visas, DOLE Alien Employment Permits, visa downgrading/extensions). ・Conduct new hire orientation, maintain employee master lists and HR databases. ・Oversee employee development, training, and performance management programs. ・Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and ethical standards. ・Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to employees/managers. ・Maintain accurate records, HRIS, and administrative documentation. ・Supervise day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance. ・Implement health, safety, and emergency protocols in the workplace. ☆Work-Life Balance – Hybrid setup with flexibility once regularized ☆Global Exposure – Work with Japanese leaders and international teams ☆Career Advancement – Clear path for promotion and leadership development ☆Premium Benefits – HMO, Life Insurance, and Retirement Program ☆Recognition & Rewards – Performance and skill-based appraisals ☆Engaging Culture – Annual team building, company parties, and cultural exchanges ☆Training Support – Opportunities for certifications and professional growth

Requirement
【MUST】 ・Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field. ・6–10 years proven experience in HR and Administrative Management (preferably in BPO or service-related industries). ・Strong knowledge of Philippine labor law, PEZA, Visa, and DOLE processes. ・Solid leadership and team management background. ・Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities. ・Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English – verbal & written). ・Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and HR systems. ・Strong attention to detail, able to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. 【BETTER】 +Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N3 or above) – an advantage but not required. +Previous experience in a Travel/Leisure agency. +HR certifications or advanced HR training. +Background in BPO or multinational service environments. +Strong analytical skills and cultural adaptability.
