Job Description
JOB SUMMARY: The Modern Trade Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the company's sales in the modern trade sector. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key accounts, and driving sales growth through effective promotional activities. > Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets in the modern trade sector > Identify and target potential clients and key accounts nationwide > Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services > Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement > Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional activities and campaigns > Train and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets and provide them with ongoing support and guidance > Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team > Manage the sales budget and ensure all activities are within the allocated budget > Continuously analyze and improve sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness > Stay updated on industry developments and trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the management team > Examine growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, product mix development and taking responsibility for the department’s performance against targets. > Establish and oversee the adoption of the key vision and values of the division. > Implement sales strategies that further the division’s agenda and drive an enhanced revenue generation for the business. > Leads the team in negotiating and closing agreements with other modern trade accounts. > Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans that will meet the company’s goals and sales targets through new client acquisition, repeat business and client renewal. > Maintains sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors and supply and demand. > Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results. > Maintaining the current trade and institutional partners through regular visits / communications. > Develops procedures for contacting and qualifying leads, updating prospect information, and competitive analysis. > Perform other job-related responsibilities or tasks that are not stipulated on this document but assigned by your superior or required by the company. > Following company rules and regulations as specified in the Company Handbook.

Requirement
> Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or a relevant field> Experience: A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role > Specific Skills: In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and best practices, Excellent leadership skills, Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
