Job Description
Will lead the execution of glocalization strategies by aligning globally manufactured plastic injection parts and assembly products with the specific needs and requirements of local markets. This role is critical in developing new business, expanding existing accounts, and ensuring product localization while maintaining global quality and performance standards.

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. • 5–8 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in manufacturing or plastic injection molding industries. • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity. • Background in handling customized or technical products and working with clients in OEM or industrial markets.
