  We are seeking an experienced consultant to support our clients in addressing their organizational challenges. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their ideal organizational structure and expansion goals, and help identify issues, propose necessary solutions for organizational reform, and assist in the implementation of those reforms. Key Responsibilities: Develop new business opportunities with Japanese corporate clients. Conduct client interviews to identify organizational challenges and propose effective solutions. Analyze complex client needs and simplify them into actionable solutions. After system delivery, follow up on usage, analyze performance data, and identify areas for improvement.
