Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Admin/HR Manager (Japanese-speaking) who will oversee HR operations, recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement. You will help shape company policies, ensure legal compliance, and create a thriving work environment. 【Responsibilities】

Qualifications

Requirement
・Bachelor’s degree in: Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. ・8-10 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in a BPO or service-oriented industry. ・Proficiency in Japanese (at least JLPT N3) and English. ・Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance. ・Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. ・Proficiency in HR management systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Suites. + CHRA/CHRP Certification or other HR-related credentials. + Experience in the Travel & Leisure industry. + Background in BPO / Shared Services.
